A law firm seeks a talented mid-level associate to join its Antitrust Practice in Philadelphia. The candidate will represent clients in complex antitrust litigation and before government agencies in merger and conduct investigations, providing counseling on antitrust compliance.

Duties

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and investigations.
• Provide counseling on antitrust compliance in merger and conduct matters.
• Advise on distribution practices, competitive collaborations, and non-compete arrangements.
• Engage with government agencies such as the DOJ and FTC.
• Draft legal documents and conduct depositions.

Requirements

• At least four years of substantive antitrust experience.
• Experience in a leading antitrust practice or at the DOJ or FTC preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously with sound business judgment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Deep knowledge of antitrust law and enforcement trends.
• Familiarity with Section 1 and Section 2 theories of harm and merger analysis under Clayton Act Section 7.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility and creativity in fast-paced matters.
