A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of employment-based immigration experience to join their corporate immigration practice in Philadelphia, PA. This fully remote position requires managing high-volume business immigration matters for corporate clients, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and effectively handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Provide legal advice and case updates to clients independently for routine matters.
• Conduct or contribute to client consultations and accompany clients to interviews.
• Formulate case strategy and oversee the production of case materials.
• Draft complex case matters and function as a primary client point of contact.
• Lead or participate in case status meetings with legal support staff.
• Examine and address questions or case issues raised by support staff.
• Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law.
• Participate in professional development activities and represent the firm at functions.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume corporate immigration practice.
• Managing large employer accounts with recurring NIV and IV matters.
• Proficiency in handling H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status matters.
• Experience drafting RFEs, NOIDs, and complex legal support letters.
• Advising HR and business stakeholders on immigration strategy and compliance.
• Reviewing work product prepared by paralegals and case managers.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to firm-specific software.
