Seeking Real Estate / Finance Associates with 4-6 years of experience. Candidate should have experience in commercial real estate with a focus on leasing, conveyancing and bank side lending including drafting loan documents. Experience with structured finance/capital markets and general corporate matters is considered a plus. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required.
