Duties

• Collaborate with a team of over 60 lawyers on diverse transactions.
• Engage in business development and client-facing activities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with precision and clarity.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, or related fields.
• Strong academic credentials and a J.D. degree or equivalent.
• Admitted in or taking steps to become admitted in California, Illinois, Texas, or Florida.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
