- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, and/or project development.
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Florida.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for admission without examination.
Skills
- Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
- Familiarity with tax credit matters is a plus.
