Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrate empathy, and build trust and confidence.



• Communicate regularly with clients and insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and offers.



• Evaluate claims, prepare cases for trial, and litigate matters if necessary to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.



• 3 to 5 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation.



• Active member of the Indiana Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current license to practice law in the State of Indiana.

Skills

• Superb negotiation skills and ability to evaluate claims effectively.



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.



• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a team-oriented mindset.



• Ability to work independently in an office environment.
