Duties

• Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, including injunctive relief matters.
• Manage litigation aspects such as drafting pleadings, conducting research, and preparing for hearings.
• Advise on executive mobility issues, including onboarding and departures.
• Counsel clients on employment compliance and risk management.
• Support due diligence and risk assessment in private equity and M&A transactions.
• Assist with internal investigations involving whistleblower or reputational concerns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment or commercial litigation.
• Experience with restrictive covenant disputes and trade secrets preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
