Duties

• Represent clients in construction defect litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Collaborate with experts to evaluate defect claims.
• Serve as a resource on Colorado-specific construction defect statutes.
• Analyze construction schedules and evaluate delay impacts.
• Review contracts and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Oversee work of associates and paralegals.
• Engage in business development activities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor required.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience managing complex litigation matters independently.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Second-chair trial or arbitration experience required; first-chair preferred.
