A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Title and Survey Senior Attorney in Charlotte. The candidate will manage and coordinate title and survey reviews for complex commercial real estate transactions, working closely with partners, associates, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful closings.

Duties

• Lead and coordinate title and survey review for the Real Estate practice.
• Review title commitments and related documents, analyzing and summarizing title exceptions.
• Collaborate with deal attorneys to evaluate title matters and develop practical solutions.
• Manage the title and survey review process across multiple transactions.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals responsible for title and survey review.
• Advise attorneys on complex title insurance and survey matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a large law firm or national title company.
• Experience with complex commercial real estate transactions.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
