A law firm seeks a Fund Finance Associate for its Charlotte, NC office to join a dynamic finance group. The role involves representing financial institutions and alternative lenders on diverse fund finance products and derivatives transactions across various asset classes.

• Duties
• Represent financial institutions, alternative lenders, and investment vehicles on complex fund finance and derivatives transactions.
• Draft financing documents for highly structured and bespoke deals involving NAV, subscription, and asset-backed financings.
• Collaborate with a leading practice team on secured lending matters and transactions across a variety of asset classes.

• Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, secured lending, or derivatives.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the North Carolina bar.
• Demonstrated ability to draft financing documents for complex, highly structured transactions.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission.

• Skills
• Strong experience in fund finance, including NAV and subscription financings.
• Proficiency in drafting complex financing documents and managing bespoke transactions.
• Knowledge of secured lending and derivatives structures.
