Duties

• Advise companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds on growth and structural strategies.

Requirements

• Fifteen to twenty-five years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Portable book of clients in the defense sector.
• Deep knowledge in serving clients on various corporate matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Member in good standing with the state bar.
