A law firm seeks an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney for its office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience handling diverse real estate, corporate, and related transactions for both private and public sector clients.

Duties

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, development projects, and leases.
• Advise banks, financial institutions, and developers in commercial finance transactions.
• Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews.
• Handle landlord-tenant matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• NJ license required; PA and/or NY a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

• Proficiency in handling real estate transactions.
