• Oversee debtor-in-possession financings and cash collateral matters.
• Engage in commercial loan enforcement litigation and adversary proceedings.
• Manage real estate workouts and distressed real estate transactions.
• Participate in cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the state Bar of preferred location.
• Experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, or related finance and litigation matters.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage significant responsibility and work collaboratively.
