A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation, seeking a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually. The position is remote and non-partnership track, requiring the ability to work on west coast time.

Duties

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Requirements

• Active bar membership in the state of residence and eligibility to waive into a state where the firm has an office.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work on west coast time if located outside the region.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
