Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for complex business litigation matters.



• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.



• Collaborate with partners and team members to manage case files and ensure diligent representation.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in business litigation or related legal practice areas.



• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.



• Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple partners.

Education

• Top academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar membership.
