Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar is required; applicants awaiting Oregon July 2026 Examination results may apply.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent legal writing and drafting abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare for trial, including court depositions and motion filings.
• Effective negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with procedural laws and experience managing multiple cases.
• Prior court experience is preferred but not necessary.

Education
