Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Frisco, TX. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Advise employers on workforce planning, immigration strategies, and compliance requirements, including H-2A and H-2B programs.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Prepare, review, and oversee H-2A and H-2B applications and related government filings.

Requirements

• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Significant employment-based immigration experience.
• Experience with H-2A and H-2B visas, including advising on program eligibility and compliance.
• Experience handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
