Duties

• Draft plan documents and amendments.
• Advise clients on ERISA, pension, 401k, 403B, and health and welfare plans.
• Handle complex benefits issues in corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of twelve years of employee benefits experience.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent writing skills.
• Top academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Connecticut.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and advising on plan documents.
• Expertise in ERISA and related areas.
