Duties

• Draft and review transaction documents for CMBS securitizations.
• Negotiate pooling and servicing agreements and related contracts.
• Manage the closing process for complex transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in structured finance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive sense of ownership over responsibilities.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
