Duties

• Represent severely injured clients in pre-litigation negotiation, mediation, or trial.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client-facing brand strategies.
• Work with the product team to establish standards for after-hours phone support.
• Manage a team of attorney and non-attorney professionals across intake and case management.

Requirements

• Extensive personal injury experience at a plaintiff's firm, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Experience representing clients through all case stages, including trials.
• Knowledge of legal operations at a plaintiff's firm and innovative improvement ideas.
• Experience supervising non-attorney professionals in intake and case management.
• California residency and law practice license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
