Duties

• Contribute to the litigation of class actions and mass arbitration matters involving privacy, cybersecurity, data breaches, and consumer protection.
• Support partners and senior associates with legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, factual investigation, and discovery.
• Assist in the preparation for depositions and hearings while building subject-matter expertise in technology-related disputes.

Requirements

• Second- or third-year litigation associate with a solid foundation in litigation, legal research, and writing.
• Genuine interest in class actions, mass arbitration, and disputes involving privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and false advertising.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to reviewing facts and organizing information.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
