A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join the loan servicing and asset management team within their Real Estate Finance group in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience in real estate finance, particularly in loan servicing and asset management.

Duties

• Manage loan servicing consent transactions and loan modifications.
• Handle loan sales and other asset management matters.
• Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.
• Navigate complex subject matter efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Experience with CMBS, CRE CLOs, and other securitized products preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission.
