Duties

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.



• Conduct legal research, review documents, and manage discovery processes.



• Take and defend depositions in business and real estate litigation matters.



• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation.



• Proven experience in drafting and arguing motions and taking depositions.



• Strong academic credentials and proficiency in complex legal drafting.



• Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required.



• Prior experience or exposure to eminent domain matters is desired.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
