Duties

• Prepare cases for trial and arbitration; lead or substantially assist trial teams.
• Lead existing complex litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in all aspects of pre-trial discovery.
• Draft and respond to motions; draft briefs.
• Present case strategy at trials in complex class action litigation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of meaningful trial and deposition experience.
• Strong academic credentials and robust analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction; candidates licensed in Washington, D.C., California, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, or Illinois are particularly encouraged to apply.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
