Duties

• Assist in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate.
• Collaborate with team members to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Engage in client meetings and negotiations as needed.

Requirements

• Two to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the Minnesota Bar.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
