A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate in Saint Helena, CA. The ideal candidate will support the Community Development Finance Practice Group, focusing on real estate transactions, including lending and joint venture financing.

Duties

• Draft senior, real estate secured loan documents and joint venture agreements.
• Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
• Oversee paralegal title and survey review.
• Represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in tax credit-related real estate financings.

Requirements

• 3rd to 5th year associate with recent real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with tax credit transactions preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the state of the office location.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State Bar license in the corresponding state.
