Job Overview

Duties

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including case analysis, drafting initial pleadings, and enforcing judgments.



• Conduct legal research, prepare reasoned legal briefs, and draft motions for court consideration.



• Manage discovery processes, conduct depositions, and make necessary court appearances.



• Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding business disputes, collections, and medical reimbursement issues.

Requirements

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.



• 1-10 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for those with at least one year of relevant experience.



• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.



• Strong organizational and case management skills to handle multiple matters efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar license.

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for drafting briefs and arguing motions.



• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive legal research and providing sound legal advice.
