Duties

• Manage a varied civil litigation caseload focusing on real estate, HOA disputes, business litigation, and construction defect matters.


• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and contested proceedings.


• Develop and execute litigation strategy from initial case intake through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.


• Maintain strong client relationships backed by full paralegal and intake support.


 

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado.


• Broad experience in civil litigation with a focus on real estate, business, HOA, and construction defect matters.


• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and strategic foresight.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.


 

Skills

• Strong advocacy and courtroom presence for hearings, depositions, and trials.


• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
