Duties

• Negotiate and draft license/access agreements for construction projects.
• Handle matters arising from RPAPL 881 proceedings.
• Manage mechanics' liens and lien foreclosures.
• Address construction and design defects and delay claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction law or related fields.
• Admission to practice law in New York.
• Strong writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
