Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate merger agreements, acquisition documents, and related transactional instruments.



• Conduct due diligence and manage legal aspects of project finance deals, including credit agreements and security documents.



• Collaborate with senior attorneys to advise clients on regulatory compliance and structural considerations.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New York with a strong academic record.



• Experience in mergers and acquisitions or project finance is preferred.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transactional setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in New York.
