Duties

• Provide legal advice to health plans, IPAs, providers, and vendors on managed care matters.
• Advise on regulatory compliance in New York and New Jersey, including health maintenance organization licensure.
• Draft and negotiate provider network participation and ancillary services agreements.
• Counsel clients on coverage, reimbursement, and risk-sharing arrangements.
• Advise ACOs in Medicare Shared Savings Program and CMMI models.
• Support Medicare Advantage and D-SNP clients on regulatory and transactional matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of managed care experience in New York and/or New Jersey.
• Strong contract drafting skills.
• Experience or interest in managed care operations and policy.
• Excellent problem-solving and client relations skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible for admission.
