• Collaborate daily with attorneys and paralegals to ensure precision and efficiency in all matter aspects.

Requirements

• Three to five years of prior transactional experience; specific commercial real estate experience is not required.



• Delaware bar admission is not required for application, but candidates must be willing to take the Delaware bar exam after hiring.



• Lateral candidates with regional ties are particularly encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware Bar (required post-hire).
