Now hiring kind and compassionate people willing to provide companionship, homemaking or personal care assistance to the elderly in their homes in Avon, Canton, Simsbury, Bloomfield, Burlington, Farmington, West Hartford, Hartford, Bristol, Plainville, New Britain, Wolcott, Southington & Newington.
If you are available to work in some or all of those towns (you choose how far you are willing to travel), we match you with clients that fit your skill level and offer training for those just staring out as a caregiver or looking to learn new skills!
We offer our caregivers:
Weekly paychecks that reward experience & flexibility
A guaranteed minimum of 3-4 hours per client visit
Higher pay rates for experienced caregivers looking for long term assignments, provide personal care assistance, have memory care experience and/or Hoyer experience
Opportunities to work close to your own home & make your own schedule
The ability to choose between full-time, part-time or per diem assignments so you can maintain a work-life/family-life balance

Job Requirements
We have an immediate need for people who:
Have a desire to work with the elderly
Can provide companionship, homemaking, personal care assistance or all three to clients in a home care setting
Bring life-experience or work-experience to the position
Are self-motivated, trust-worthy & reliable
Are friendly, upbeat, compassionate and caring
Must have valid driver's license
