Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Trust and Probate Litigation Associate (2-5 years) to join its Los Angeles office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to handle trust and probate disputes.

About the Role

The Associate will represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and probate litigation. This role offers hands-on courtroom experience and mentorship from experienced litigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle trust and probate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary duty claims


• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery


• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials


• Advise fiduciaries on administration matters

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in trust and probate litigation


• Strong writing and advocacy skills


• Licensed to practice in California

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$210k per year, with bonus potential up to $106,000. This is an estimate based on the office location.
