Ready to Do Your Best Work and Lead What Comes Next?
You became an attorney to help people, advocate for what matters, and make a real difference in people's lives. You take pride in your work, value strong client relationships, and believe excellent legal work takes both skill and consistency. But perhaps you're ready for more. More ownership. More influence. More chance to shape how a firm runs and how clients experience it.
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney who is ready to lead our legal practice and grow into a Managing Attorney role.
This is a chance to join a growing firm at an important turning point. As founder Jamie Campbell moves her focus toward the CEO role, she is seeking a senior attorney to take on more responsibility for legal work, client outcomes, case management, and the firm's legal team.
ABOUT **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
At **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., we know that divorce is about far more than legal documents and court dates. It involves the unwinding of lives, finances, parenting relationships, and deeply personal commitments.
We pair legal representation with an understanding of the practical, emotional, and relational sides of family transitions. We help clients gain clarity, protect what matters, and build a future.
We believe divorce is not the destination. Wholeness is.
We help clients through divorce and custody, protect their financial interests, and build healthier co-parenting arrangements. Some clients also need support exploring reconciliation before deciding how to proceed.
Our values are informed by faith, but our commitment to excellent legal service, integrity, and client dignity extends to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
1. A real path to Managing Attorney. This role is built for an attorney who wants to grow beyond an individual caseload and into leadership. Your leadership will shape the quality of legal work, the consistency of client service, and the firm's growth.
2. Meaningful work. Family law clients often come to us during the hardest seasons of their lives. You will make a difference by helping them understand their options, protecting their interests, and guiding them toward sound decisions.
3. Ownership and autonomy. We want a senior attorney who takes initiative, uses sound judgment, manages priorities, and helps build effective systems. You'll contribute ideas, improve workflows, and influence how the practice operates.
4. Rewards for growth. Bonuses are available for bringing in business, recognizing the value of professional relationships and business development.
5. Possible relocation support. For the right candidate moving to Columbus, Ohio, the firm is open to discussing relocation reimbursement after 90 days of employment.
6. The chance to build something lasting. Help shape a growing firm rather than inherit an established position.
