studioD is an innovative content marketing studio connecting brands to audiences leveraging a scalable platform, proprietary first party data, a robust media network and a massive network of creators and influencers. Responsibilities:
Support marketing team's design needs, ensuring consistency of the studioD brand.
Build and maintain the studioD visual identity, creating brand collateral, and style guides as needed.
Work with product & engineering team to develop and maintain our website.
Create layouts, iconography, graphics/illustrations and other design assets to be used across social, white papers, ebooks, blogs, and email.
Design printed collateral, signage and giveaways for events.
Work closely and collaboratively with larger marketing team, product team, and design team.
Transform often dry B2B content into engaging & innovative pieces of design.
Give and solicit open and honest feedback as part of the design process.
Requirements:
Experience at advertising agency, top brand or digital publisher.
Design skills: You can conceptualize and offer design solutions while following creative direction. You're able to apply your analytical skills to solve visual problems in a cross-disciplinary fashion - with some provided direction, you can design signage if needed even if you don't have signage experience.
Technical skills: You can execute your design ideas using Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools like InVision, and you have a solid grasp of the technical requirements for web design. You mind the details and have the know-how to see print projects through to production.
People skills: You’re comfortable discussing the value of design when presenting concepts to marketing specialists, VPs, and other designers. You have the ability to make a business case for design when needed.
Time-management skills: You own and manage the workflow of your own projects, knowing how to prioritize and when to solicit critiques in order to meet deadlines.
BA or BFA in Graphic Design or professional equivalent.
4-7 years designing for web and print.
Portfolio featuring relevant design projects with good sense of typography and graphics, with any illustration being a PLUS.
Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
