Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Associate for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of transactional experience to a dynamic practice group, handling complex matters across the real estate lifecycle.

Duties

• Manage real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and lending structures.



• Negotiate and draft documents for joint ventures, leasing, construction, and development matters.



• Advise clients on land use, entitlements, and low-income housing tax credit transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions.



• Admitted to practice law in California, or eligible for prompt admission.



• Strong background in complex deal-making and regulatory compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership or eligibility for immediate admission.

Skills

• Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements.



• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with attention to detail.



• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
