A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its growing emerging companies and venture capital practice in San Francisco, New York, or Palo Alto. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, with a strong focus on venture financings and deal execution.

Duties

• Manage the execution of complex corporate transactions and venture capital financings.



• Supervise, mentor, and train junior associates to ensure high-quality legal work product.



• Advise emerging companies and investors on strategic corporate matters and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters.



• Proven experience in venture financings and deal execution.



• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and oversee junior staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York and/or California.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced transactional environment.
