Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Attorney in Dallas, TX, with a minimum of four years of experience to join their established Corporate Trust practice. The attorney will support partners in representing clients in capital markets transactions and contribute to the practice group's business development initiatives.

Duties

• Support partners in representing clients in corporate trust matters.
• Facilitate effective working relationships with partners and attorneys.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.
• Participate in capital markets transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience as a practicing attorney in finance, securities, and/or capital markets.
• Active bar admission in the state of office location or ability to gain admission within one year.
• Willingness to travel to Hartford, CT for orientation and occasional meetings.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school or LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission or eligibility for admission within one year.

• Strong understanding of corporate trust and capital markets.
