The ideal candidate will have over nine years of experience in renewable energy, energy storage, conventional energy, and nuclear energy-related transactions, focusing on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for large-scale projects both domestically and internationally.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate EPC, procurement, and O&M contracts.
• Manage construction-related agreements for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex transactions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of transactional experience in EPC law.
• Membership in the state bar where the candidate will be located.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership in good standing.
