Duties

• Provide legal counsel to Boards of Directors and management, interpreting governing documents and advising on regulatory compliance.


• Represent associations in court proceedings, manage litigation lifecycle, and negotiate settlements for property and resident disputes.


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and amendments to governing documents to ensure legal conformity.


• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies while resolving conflicts through mediation and negotiation.


 

Requirements

• Active California attorney license or status as a 2026 Law Graduate awaiting Summer 2026 California Bar results.


• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor for client and stakeholder interaction.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Admitted to the State Bar of California.

• Competence in corporate, civil litigation, and real estate law.
