Duties

• Draft and negotiate EPC, procurement, and O&M contracts.
• Manage construction-related agreements for energy projects.
• Collaborate with a global team on infrastructure transactions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of transactional experience in EPC law.
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills.
• Membership in the state bar where the candidate will be located.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership in good standing.
