This role offers immediate client contact and significant case management responsibility from inception through trial for high-exposure personal injury and general liability matters.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.



• Propound and respond to written discovery requests.



• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and parties.



• Manage cases independently and as part of a team from inception through trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California Bar.



• At least two years of relevant litigation experience preferred.



• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.



• Strong organizational skills and a hard-working attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
