They will work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to develop sophisticated planning solutions that preserve wealth and achieve clients' objectives. Experience in real estate matters and licensure in South Carolina are highly desirable.

Duties

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies, including wills and trusts.
• Develop advanced wealth transfer and asset protection plans.
• Counsel clients on federal gift, estate, and income tax issues.
• Draft and review estate planning documents and related tax filings.
• Guide executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through trust and estate administration.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals for integrated planning solutions.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on estate, trust, and tax law developments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of experience in estate planning and tax-related matters.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients and drafting sophisticated documents.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
