A law firm seeks an Entry-Level Attorney in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys and clients on legal, regulatory, and business matters in securities law, investment management, and regulatory compliance.

Duties

• Draft and review legal contracts, including LP & GP agreements and advisory agreements.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws and compliance.
• Assist with the formation and representation of Registered Investment Advisers and Private Funds.
• Support attorneys in advising on business formation and governance.
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare legal materials.
• Stay informed of legal developments affecting financial services firms.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission.
• Interest or experience in securities law, investment management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain admission.
