Senior Associate- Securities Litigation and Enforcement
The candidate should have 3-5 years of post-JD experience (excluding clerkships). Should have experience in handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters. Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General of New York) enforcement organization is helpful.
