The candidate will be preparing and filing of trademark documents with U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Conducting federal trademark searches. Monitoring status of trademark applications with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Marketing and advertising trademark services. Obtaining new clients and business for the firm. Communicating with clients to provide advice and assistance with trademark matters. Making regular trademark-related social media postings. Previous experience working in a law firm setting preferred. Education and/or experience in the intellectual property field preferred. Marketing experience and skills (electronic and in-person networking) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills preferred. Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Admitted to state Bar and in good standing required.
