Job Duties
Looking for a superstar on Embraer Legacys.
Crew chief to perform some maintenance on the floor but also supervise a crew.
The Crew Chief has overall responsibility for the aircraft, and is the technical leader at the job site.They have ultimate responsibility for the quality of work performed and turn time.
This position is key in projecting a competent image to our customers.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Plan, organize and coordinate multiple activities to achieve quality maintenance within established time-frames.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Candidate should have 7-10 years’ experience as an A&P Mechanic in a corporate aviation environment
At least 5 years' experience with the Embraer Legacy, the 450/500 and 600/650 models specifically.
Prior supervisory experience required.
A&P Mechanic License
Demonstrated technical ability on projects.
Good interpersonal skills and verbal ability.
Facility Description
This MRO facility (“IAH”) is an FAA certified repair station pursuant to 14 C.F.R. Part 145. IAH provides full engine support services; airframe inspection and repair services as well as avionics install and repair services. IAH is an authorized service center for Dassault Falcon Jet, Embraer and Honeywell TFE731 engines. The facility has several line capabilities including Honeywell HTF7000, GE CF34 and Pratt & Whitney Canada 305/308. IAH services a range of other corporate aircraft including Lear, Challenger 300 and Hawker Beechcraft.
