The only hospital in Shawnee, it includes more than 75 physicians on its medical staff and 600 health care professionals working at two campuses. Licensed for 102 beds, it typically operates about 80 beds, and most rooms are now private rooms.In 2016, Shawnee opened a new 115,000 square foot, three story addition to the hospital, which represents a significant expansion of the facility. The most recent addition houses an inpatient surgery department, an intensive care unit, and beautiful Women's Center.
