Intake Sales Specialist amp Consultation Strategist

Profile

Your main goal is to turn new leads into booked consults, and booked consults into retained clients. You will be measured on results, and strong results can earn you bonuses on top of your base pay.

You will also be the first voice people hear when they call us. Many are in one of the hardest seasons of their lives. We need someone who can sell with care: listen well, build trust fast, and then guide people to say yes to getting help.

Pay and Bonuses

•    Base pay: $50,000 annually

•    Performance bonuses: quarterly bonus based on firm revenue growth and your individual effort

What You Will Do

Sell and Convert

•    Turn new leads into booked consultations.

•    Follow up after every consultation by phone, text, and email until the person makes a decision.

•    Explain our fees, our process, and the value of hiring us with confidence.

•    Answer questions about engagement and onboarding and handle objections.

•    Get signed engagement letters and retainers in the door.

•    Run nurture campaigns for leads who are not ready yet.

Lead Intake

•    Answer all new inquiries by phone, text, email, and online.

•    Hold first intake calls with warmth and professionalism.

•    Gather case details and enter them in our CRM and case management system.

•    Screen for conflicts and for fit with our services.

•    Schedule consultations and make sure all forms are in before the appointment.

Prepare the Attorney

•    Give the attorney a clear intake summary before each consult.

•    Note each person’s goals, worries, urgency, and hoped-for outcome.

Track Everything

•    Log every contact in the CRM.

•    Track consult outcomes, follow-up tasks, and lead sources.

•    Help improve our intake scripts, systems, and workflows.

•    Work closely with the attorney and staff so every client has a smooth experience.

Represent the Firm

•    Live out our values: compassion, integrity, clarity, and strong advocacy.

•    Make sure every person feels heard, respected, and supported.

•    Help people focus on their long-term future, not just today’s emotions.

What You Need

•    At least 2 years in sales, intake, or client service, with a track record of hitting targets.

•    Comfort talking about money, fees, and asking for the sale.

•    Strong speaking and persuasion skills.

•    High emotional intelligence and good listening skills.

•    The ability to stay calm and professional when emotions run high.

•    Strong organization and attention to detail.

•    Skill with CRM and case management software.

•    The ability to juggle many tasks in a fast-paced office.

Must Have

•    Consultation sales or intake conversion experience.

Nice to Have

•    Experience working with people during major life changes.

•    Personal experience with family law, divorce, custody

•    Consultation booking rate: 75% or higher

•    Consultation show rate: 85% or higher

•    Retained client conversion rate: target set by firm leadership

Client Experience

•    Client satisfaction scores that meet firm standards

•    Positive client feedback

•    Care and professionalism in every message

Follow-Up

•    100% of follow-up tasks done on time

•    Nurture campaigns run according to firm procedures
